For example, companies have concocted caffeine infused lotions, lip balms, soaps, and even bracelets with replaceable caffeine patches. Pretty neat, huh? None of these alternatives have the same harmful effects as coffee, but provide the same boost.
There are caffeine infused waters, hot sauces, and even gummy bears if you are looking for a sweet treat. There are a lot of options that don't take a toll on your pearly whites.
Getting through your work day without a cup of Joe can be difficult if you are in the habit, but we highly encourage exploration. There are a ton of options.
Be careful of your caffeine intake as high amounts can cause other long lasting problems as well, but as far as your chompers are concerned, you got choices! Give some new ones a try and maybe you will find a new favorite to get you through your day!
